The Frozen Topsoil Cutter is an environmentally friendly machine that utilizes a patented process for fracturing topsoil and suboil on pipelines and lease sites or any disturbance area where topsoil must be salvaged under hard ground conditions. The FTC is used mainly under frozen ground conditions but may also be used in dry hard ground.

The Ditch Packing Wheel is a complement for the FTC that assists in speeding up clean up, providing 100% fill back in ditch for topsoil distribution.
