SHARP's primary focus is to represent the clients' environmental obligations through the duration of each project in accordance with the Agricultural Land Commission (ALC), Ministry of Environment (MoE) guidelines, Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) and Alberta Environmental (ERCB).
SHARP's inspectors work in conjunction with chief inspectors on projects to ensure environmental compliance as outlined in the EPP (Environmental Protection Plan).

- Act as a liaison between regulatory agencies and landowner;
- Provide recommendations during changing weather and terrain conditions;

- Clean-up (Topsoil replacement);
- Erosion control;
- Seed, fertilizer mixes and seed certifications; and
- Weed control;
